- Yes, we are registered through the IRS national nonprofit database, our EIN is 33-4052186. We are also registered as a nonprofit through the state of Nevada by The Secretary of State, our Nevada Business License number is NV20253321500, our entity number is E47696822025-9.

- We are approaching our first fiscal year this upcoming November, once that happens our 990-N tax documents will be publicaly avalible and will show where every cent of our money and donations are spent. In the meantime, reach out to us with any questions or concerns you might have we are an open book!

- Our founder, Canyon Sparks invested over $15,000 of his own money, which he saved up over the span of 3 years in order to start this nonprofit and get it up and running. We now have fundraisers that go out and raise donations to not only keep our office doors open, but also make it possible for us to give out emergency finanical grants to Veterans in need. But also, made it possible for us to buy our very FIRST tiny home for a local Veteran!
