Veteran Housing & Housing Stability
Veterans Alliance USA works to create and support housing opportunities for veterans experiencing housing instability or working toward greater independence. Our Hero's Independence Housing initiative is designed to create sustainable housing opportunities while helping veterans build long-term stability.
Emergency Veteran Assistance
Unexpected expenses can quickly create a crisis for a veteran or veteran household. When resources are available and eligibility requirements are met, Veterans Alliance USA provides or coordinates emergency assistance and connects veterans with additional community resources.
Resource Navigation
Not every veteran needs the same type of assistance. We work with veterans individually to help identify appropriate resources and connect them with organizations, agencies, and programs that may be able to help.
Employment & Independence
We believe long-term stability involves more than solving an immediate crisis. Veterans Alliance USA works to connect veterans with employment opportunities, community resources, and other pathways toward greater financial independence.

Service Name
Veterans Alliance USA receives support through individual donations, community fundraising, corporate sponsorships, events, partnerships, recurring donors, grants, and in-kind contributions. Fundraising allows us to support veteran programs while also covering the reasonable operating expenses necessary to run the organization. We believe donors should understand that operating a nonprofit requires both direct program spending and organizational infrastructure. Staffing, insurance, technology, fundraising, transportation, professional services, outreach, and administrative expenses make it possible for our programs to operate.

We take seriously the responsibility that comes with accepting donations from the public. Service Name
Veterans Alliance USA's work is strengthened by businesses, nonprofit organizations, community leaders, donors, volunteers, and service providers who have contributed time, funding, professional expertise, services, event support, donated items, or other resources to our mission.
We believe recognizing these relationships is another important part of transparency. The following are organizations and community members who have supported Veterans Alliance USA programs, fundraising efforts, events, or veteran initiatives.
Hero's Independence Housing & Tiny Home Initiative
Our housing initiative has grown through collaboration with community members and businesses willing to contribute property, resources, expertise, funding, and hands-on support.
Shawn and the team at DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen have become important community partners in the development and expansion of our tiny-home initiative. Their involvement has included support surrounding the tiny home project and collaboration on plans to improve and expand the site into a larger veteran housing project.
As the project develops, DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is working with Veterans Alliance USA and our property partner on improvements, landscaping, design, and the long-term vision for the site.
Leah Cartwright has partnered with Veterans Alliance USA by working with us to provide property for our veteran tiny-home initiative. This partnership gives us an opportunity to move beyond a single housing unit and work toward creating a sustainable location capable of supporting additional veteran housing.
Nation's Finest has been an important veteran-service connection and community resource as we develop our housing initiatives. We have worked with their team regarding veteran resources and infrastructure needs associated with the housing project, including coordination surrounding utility planning.
Community Events & Fundraising
Community events allow Veterans Alliance USA to raise funds while introducing more people to our mission and the veterans we serve.
Lithia Hyundai of Reno supported Veterans Alliance USA as a sponsor of our 2026 Gala and Tiny Home Ribbon Cutting, helping us celebrate an important milestone in our housing program.
Local Walmart locations have provided Veterans Alliance USA with opportunities to conduct community fundraising through Walmart's Spark Good program. These opportunities allow our team to speak directly with community members about our mission while raising funds for veteran programs. Participating locations have included the 7th Street and Damonte Ranch stores, along with additional Northern Nevada locations involved in our outreach and fundraising efforts.

Our August 2026 Gala and Tiny Home Ribbon Cutting was made possible with support from numerous businesses, organizations, donors, and community members.

Veterans Alliance USA has worked to build relationships with businesses and community organizations that can provide resources, fundraising opportunities, professional expertise, referrals, event space, services, or connections that benefit veterans.
These relationships have included organizations and community partners such as:
Great Basin Brewing — Community and event relationship supporting our local outreach efforts.
Karma Box Project — Community connection and collaboration around local outreach and assistance.
Sierra Car Wash — Community fundraising and event discussions focused on creating additional opportunities to raise money for veteran programs.
University of Nevada, Reno — Outreach and discussions surrounding potential NIL and community partnership opportunities.
PMI Reno — Local housing and property-management relationship as Veterans Alliance USA continues developing housing connections and exploring opportunities that may benefit veterans.
In-Kind Contributions Matter Too
Not every contribution to Veterans Alliance USA comes in the form of a check. Businesses and individuals have supported our work by donating food, auction items, merchandise, professional expertise, event services, meeting space, fundraising opportunities, introductions, volunteer hours, and other resources. These in-kind contributions reduce organizational expenses and allow more resources to remain available for our mission.
Building a Larger Community Network
Our goal is not simply to collect sponsorships.
We want to build a network of Northern Nevada businesses, nonprofits, veteran-service organizations, property owners, contractors, volunteers, and community leaders who can collectively help veterans achieve greater stability and independence.
As new partnerships are established and existing projects develop, we will continue updating this page so the public can see who is helping make this work possible.
